RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference! As a medical secretary/healthcare administrator with us, you will be a central part of our operations and contribute to creating a safe and well-functioning care environment for both patients and colleagues.
You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to patient visits, such as:
- Writing medical records
- Telephone service
- Appointment scheduling and management of waiting lists
- Scheduling of doctors
- Reception work
You will also serve as an important administrative support to other employees. The work is varied and involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with other professional groups.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Has education as a medical secretary or healthcare administrator
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Is accustomed to working with IT systems; experience with Cambio Cosmic is an advantage.
- Works in a structured, careful manner and has good organizational skills
- Is easy to collaborate with and flexible in your professional role
